Terms of service of load24.eu

1. Definitions

• Service: the freight exchange available at load24.eu and, in its Polish version, at ladunki24.pl. Both addresses give access to the same listings and accounts.
• Provider: [company name, registered address, VAT ID, registration number], a company established in Poland.
• User: a natural person, legal person or organisational unit that has created an account.
• Shipper: a user who publishes a listing for a load. Carrier: a user who makes a transport offer.
• Listing: information about a load to be transported. Offer: a proposal to carry the load for a stated price.

2. Nature of the service

1. The Service allows users to publish listings, make offers, exchange messages and receive notifications. These services are free of charge.
2. The Provider is not a party to the transport contract, does not handle payments and does not guarantee that a contract between users will be concluded or performed.
3. The Provider may offer paid additional services (for example promotion of listings) on the terms described in the price list. Their use is voluntary.

3. Account

1. An account is created through the registration form or by signing in with Google. The user provides true details and keeps them up to date.
2. One account can act as both shipper and carrier.
3. The user is responsible for keeping the password confidential and for actions taken from their account.
4. The user may delete the account at any time in the settings.

4. Listings and offers

1. A listing must describe a real load and must not contain unlawful or misleading content, advertising, or contact details in the public text.
2. A listing is active for 14 days. The shipper may refresh it or close it earlier.
3. An offer states a net price, a VAT rate and a date. The carrier may change or withdraw it until it is accepted.
4. Listings published on load24.eu are priced in euro and listings published on ladunki24.pl in Polish złoty. Offers are made in the currency of the listing. Conversions shown in the Service are approximate and for information only.
5. Accepting an offer discloses contact details and exact addresses to both parties. The remaining offers are rejected.
6. The Provider may remove a listing or offer that breaches these terms and block an account that breaks the rules.

5. Liability

1. Users conclude the transport contract directly with each other and verify their counterparty themselves.
2. The Provider is not liable for the content of listings and offers, the performance of contracts, damage to loads or settlements between users.
3. The Provider makes every effort to keep the Service running without interruption but may temporarily limit access for maintenance.

6. Complaints

Complaints about the operation of the Service can be submitted through the contact form or by e-mail to contact@load24.eu. We reply within 14 days.

7. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We announce changes by e-mail and by a notice in the Service 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after that date means acceptance of the changes.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you use the Service as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country.
