How load24 works
We connect people and businesses that need something moved with carriers heading that way. No commission and no subscription.
If you need transport
- Post a load. Describe what you are shipping, from where, to where and when. Photos and dimensions help carriers pick the right vehicle. You create an account only when you publish.
- Receive offers. Carriers quote a net price, a date and a short description. You get an e-mail and an in-app notification. You can ask questions publicly or message a carrier privately.
- Choose a carrier. You accept one offer. From that moment both sides see contact details and exact addresses. You pay the carrier directly, on terms agreed between the two of you.
If you carry loads
- Filter the exchange. Pickup location and radius, category, weight, vehicle type. Set your base city in the settings and we will show the distance from you to every load.
- Make an offer. Net price, VAT rate, date and a few words about your vehicle. You can update or withdraw the offer until the shipper accepts it.
- Drive. Once accepted, you receive the shipper’s contact details. After the transport the shipper marks the job as completed and you can rate each other.
What it costs
Nothing. Posting loads and making offers is free for everyone. The site is funded by advertising and by optional promotion of listings.
Currencies and VAT
Loads posted on load24.eu are priced in euro. Loads from our Polish site, ladunki24.pl, are priced in Polish złoty and shown with an approximate euro conversion at the National Bank of Poland rate. Offers are always made in the currency of the listing, with the VAT rate of the carrier’s country or 0 % where the reverse charge applies.
What we are not
We are not a party to the transport contract and we do not handle payments. The contract is concluded between the shipper and the carrier. We encourage you to check your counterparty: their profile, company details and carrier liability insurance.
